Just a note to thank Vince and the team at KCS for pulling my small business out of a mess! I provide a business-finding facility for small companies and depend heavily upon database and search facilities. Having a week planned in Keswick I was knocked back just before leaving home with a laptop and a printer going down irretrievably. I still had my main and newest laptop which I took to Keswick and which crashed on my first day! I’d seen the KCS office and took my machine in. Within the week I was there it had a new (lightning-fast) hard drive, new O/S and my data was rescued and reloaded. All for just 25% of the cost of a new machine and associated software, leaving me free to continue travelling in full working order! KCS also supplied me with a remote-support link for future needs.
