The partnership began when Goodlives secured funding to refresh its branding and improve how it communicates the support it offers. KCS worked with the charity to deliver a rebrand and a brand-new website, creating an accessible, visually engaging platform designed to help people quickly understand the services available.
Following the successful launch of the new website, KCS has continued its support by providing ongoing IT assistance helping the Goodlives team resolve day-to-day technical issues quickly and confidently, both remotely and in person when needed.
Marie Walker, Deputy Manager of Goodlives said: We first worked with KCS when we received funding to rebrand, including the designing of a brand-new website. This was a hugely successful project. Together we have achieved an easy to use, visually attractive and informative platform to help people understand what support we offer here at Goodlives. KCS took on board all the things we were looking for, along with the information we wanted to include and made it fabulous. We were delighted when Christian reached out to us and offered to provide us with our IT support after attending Forths 25-year celebration. The hands-on customer support we have received in this short space of time has been second to none, Christian and Owen have been at the other end of a phone call or email to fix our problems almost immediately. We are a small team with limited knowledge and having someone we know we can rely on to help us either virtually or in person has been such a relief. We are extremely grateful to the whole team and knowing how much they have helped us already makes any future IT problems far less daunting.
KCS is committed to supporting businesses, organisations and charities across Cumbria and beyond, providing practical, friendly support across IT, cybersecurity, VoIP, websites and digital services.
Christian Van Tilburg, General Manager of KCS said “Attending Forth’s 25-year celebration gave me the opportunity to reflect on how we could further support Goodlives. After successfully delivering the new website, extending our partnership to include IT and phone support felt like a natural next step.”
