Gerry joined KCS in 2017 as one of our Tier 3 Senior Technical Engineers. Gerry has worked within the IT industry for a variety of companies, from working at MSP's to managing a large corporate network for a charity organisation. Gerry specialises in server support and has been involved in IT management for over 24 years (since Windows 3.1!)
Sarah is our latest recruit and offers first line support to our domestic and commercial customers. Sarah has extensive experience in customer service positions and has quickly become a valued member of the KCS team. Sarah's friendly voice is usually the first you'll hear when you phone or visit KCS, as she fields enquiries, logs jobs for our engineers and generally brings order to the office.
