Senior Technical Engineer

Roger joined KCS in October 2015 as our Tier 3 Engineer and specialises in server installation and migration. Roger has been working in IT Support for 9 years.

Nicky Gyles

Webs Manager

Nicky has extensive experience in digital design, online content management, web development and marketing. She joined the Team as a Website Designer and Manager of the webs department, after moving back to Cumbria from New Zealand in January 2015.

Gerry Squire

Senior Technical Engineer

Gerry joined KCS in 2017 as one of our Tier 3 Senior Technical Engineers. Gerry has worked within the IT industry for a variety of companies, from working at MSP's to managing a large corporate network for a charity organisation. Gerry specialises in server support and has been involved in IT management for over 24 years (since Windows 3.1!)

Dominic Clarke

Technical Engineer

Dom’s duties at KCS are to provide networking support to our customers, and to engineer networking systems.

Greg (not to be confused with Greg Steer) joined the KCS webs team in May 2015 and brings with him a wealth of experience from his career spanning over 20 years in the technology industry.

After working in the KCS shop for more than 5 years Clive now supplies 1st line Technical Support to our Customers and Clients.

Purchasing Manager & Technical Engineer

An important member of the Keswick Computer Solutions team who keeps the retail stock and daily cash-flow running smoothly.

Sue provides office & accounts services at Keswick Computer Solutions.

Sarah Scott

Service Desk Coordinator

Sarah is our latest recruit and offers first line support to our domestic and commercial customers. Sarah has extensive experience in customer service positions and has quickly become a valued member of the KCS team. Sarah's friendly voice is usually the first you'll hear when you phone or visit KCS, as she fields enquiries, logs jobs for our engineers and generally brings order to the office.
