We are very happy to announce that one of our newest Managed Services contracts this month is to supply Tier Three Relief Support for the Theatre by the Lake.
The Theatre, a long standing and important employer in Keswick, had identified a requirement for additional IT support to cover annual leave and after-hours scenarios in additional to their in-house team. The day to day IT services of the Theatre are headed up by a very talented in house engineer, who we are looking forward to working closely with in the future, supporting the Theatre which itself supports local businesses and the community.
Speaking of after hours support, we are in the process of rolling out after-hours coverage to our commercial clients who have expressed interest in the coming months.
