KCS are pleased to announce that access to our After Hours service will now be available from the 1st of July.
Understanding that every business is unique we consulted with a variety of customers, across multiple business sectors, and established that the most requested coverage times are 7am to 9pm, seven days a week. As such we have tailored our After Hours accessible times to ensure coverage of these periods.
This service will offer customers, who operate outside typical office hours, access to professional support when they need it the most in an emergency.
We can also offer non-emergency after hours work for those wanting to keep employee disruption to a minimum with IT maintenance work.
