Terms & Conditions
The above Single PC Backup offer is subject to the follwing terms and conditions in addition to the standard Terms & Conditions of KCS.
- The included labour is up to 60 minutes - if any further time is required due to software/hardware complications on your PC then this is billable at £24.50 including VAT per 30 minutes.
- The single PC backup is only available for the following Windows Operating Systems, Windows 2000/XP/Vista. If you have an Apple Mac then please contact us for further options.
- The external drive will require a spare USB port. If no port is available then a PCI USB Riser Card can be supplied and fitted at a cost of £15 including VAT.
- KCS are not responsible for the continued functioning of backups once a schedule is set and tested - all backups should be confirmed by the customer. KCS will follow up after the first scheduled backup should have completed to confirm that the equipment is functioning correctly.
